To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate The 10 Minute Miracle Program and/or its affiliates' intellectual property rights, The 10 Minute Miracle Program and/or its affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the Province of Ontario and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Any other disputes will be resolved as follows:

If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Windsor, Ontario. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Windsor, Ontario, under the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.

Termination of Sale and Refund Requests

This Terms of Use agreement is binding between the purchaser of The 10 Minute Miracle Program and the seller of said program, A Better Life Now and is effective until terminated by A Better Life Now.

The Purchaser agrees and understands that non-use of this product automatically voids all refund guarantees stated or implied within any and all sales material.

Refund of purchase price only will be distributed back to the purchaser 90 days after the purchase date and will be granted providing the following requirements stated below are met.

A purchase price refund may be requested by the purchaser providing the purchaser has used The 10 Minute Miracle Program for 90 days and has not significantly benefited from the use of this program.

Purchaser agrees and must provide the seller with a detailed explanation of why the program failed to meet the purchasers expectations of results and gives full exclusivity rights of all information provided within this explanation to A Better Life Now for the purposes of improving The 10 Minute Miracle Product.

Purchaser must destroy all materials obtained from any and all http://www.the10minutemiracle.com site(s) and A Better Life Now and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

This purchase price refund guarantee will terminate immediately without notice at A Better Life Now and The 10 Minute Miracle Program's sole discretion, should you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement.

Upon termination by A Better Life Now, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other http://www.the10minutemiracle.com site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
